Your one-stop manufacturing and surface treatment solution. Perform CNC machining, sandblasting, anodizing, or powder coating on your metal and plastic parts in as little as 5 days.
Chemical conversion coating (Chem Film) is a thin protective layer formed on the metal surface through a chemical reaction. It enhances the corrosion resistance of metals while maintaining good electrical conductivity. This coating is free of hexavalent chromium and complies with MIL-DTL-5541 Type II as well as environmental regulations such as RoHS.
Colors
Transparent
Light Gold
Typically light gold or transparent.
The coating is extremely thin and has minimal impact on the appearance or dimensions of parts.
