Powder Coat – High Gloss
Definition and Function
  • Powder Coating – High Gloss is a surface finishing process in which charged powder particles are evenly attracted to the workpiece surface by electrostatic spraying. After high-temperature curing, a dense and glossy coating is formed.
  • This process provides a mirror-like high-gloss appearance and excellent protection against corrosion, scratching, and weathering. It is widely used for metal products, smart hardware casings, home appliance parts, and plastic components, enhancing both decorative appeal and durability.

Common colors include black, white, red, blue, yellow, green, orange, purple, silver, and gray. Custom colors can also be developed according to customer requirements.
